Sophie and Ben love each other a lot, but sometimes, they make that a bit too difficult for themselves. Two twenty-somethings trying to find their way in the world, Sophie and Ben guide us through their lives of low-key alcoholism, deeply rooted regret, and unfortunate sexual mishaps.
In a play that has been described as “wholesome, quirky and desperately moving” join this unlikely couple as they impart some words of wisdom on life, love, and modern-day millennial relationships.
The show premiered at the Lion & Unicorn Theatre in London in 2017. Since then, it has been performed at numerous venues across the UK and Ireland, garnering critical acclaim and attracting sold-out audiences.
In summer 2018, the play enjoyed a month-long run as part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival at Assembly Studios.
In Ireland, it has been staged at the Riverbank Arts Centre, The Moat Theatre, and Smock Alley Boys’ School.
In 2021, Conor adapted the play for the screen. Produced by OpenBin Media and directed by Tony Deehan, the short film marked Conor’s screenwriting debut, offering a fresh take on the original stage production. The play returned for its off-West End debut at The Chiswick Playhouse in 2022, with Everything Theatre calling it “quite simply one of the most charming pieces of theatre you will ever see”.

Conor has just turned seventeen, and unlike his favourite fictional characters on the hit TV show Glee, life just isn’t as colourful. Deeply closeted and relentlessly bullied at an all-boys school, his bedroom becomes his sanctuary (and sometimes prison) as he makes YouTube videos for approximately no one to enjoy.
But when an opportunity arises to perform at his school talent show, Conor’s world is thrust into disarray - is it time to step on stage and into a new life? Or should he let the bullies get the best of him?
A joyful new musical about hope, optimism, and the life - changing power of art, Gleek of the Week was first performed as part of the 2025 Scene + Heard Festival in Smock Alley’s Boys’ School on Saturday 22nd + Sunday 23rd of February.

Malachy has just turned 25, and he has a few things to say about that. Dealing with the death of his younger brother, he is struggling to come to terms with all that he is, and everything that he's not.
Working as a customer support advisor in a call centre at a bin disposal company and experiencing many different escapades with his best friend Pauline, Malachy is eager to take some time to reflect and move on with his life. He quickly comes to realise, however, that it’s not as easy as it seems on paper.
A new play about growing up, and the lessons we learn along the way.
Originally developed with the support of Dublin Fringe Festival as part of Fringe Lab 50, Everything is Grand, and I’m Completely Okay was first performed at The Hope Theatre in London in March 2022. In August 2022, the show was performed in Smock Alley Boys’ School.
In May of 2023, Conor was nominated for the Micheál Mac Liammóir Award for Outstanding Lead Performance by an Actor in a Play when the show was performed as part of the 20th International Dublin Gay Theatre Festival.
Later in 2023, the show was first performed at The Moat Theatre - it made a return to the venue in September 2024, where it played as part of Culture Night.

Ireland. 2023. Geraldine has lost her job, and Luke has lost his prospects. A mother and son who are stuck at a dead end in their lives, they are desperate to find their way out of the ailing circumstances that they find themselves in.
The Terms and Conditions of Me & My Ma was originally staged as a work-in-progress piece at Smock Alley Boys’ School as part of Scene + Heard: Festival of New Work.
Set against the backdrop of a national tragedy, the play explored the unique dynamics between Irish mothers and their adult sons. It later received a full production at The Moat Theatre in 2023.
